Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, P.A., and its predecessors have represented clients throughout Alabama since the 1890's and is one of the oldest law firms in the State of Alabama. The firm has represented insurance carriers almost since its inception and still handles all facets of litigation that arise from that representation. With offices in Montgomery and Mobile, the firm offers a state-wide practice with attorneys defending suits involving products liability, medical malpractice and professional liability claims, industrial accidents, construction matters, automobile and personal injury, governmental entity defense, and trucking defense. The firm also handles all types of casualty, property insurance claims, transportation liability, coverage questions, professional errors and omissions, liquor liability, employment matters, and workers compensation claims and litigation.
