Established in 1930 as the "Simitis Law Offices" by Professor George Simitis, the firm enlarged its partnership in the 1960's and 1970's to include many leading Greek academics and practitioners. From the outset the firm has almost exclusively concentrated its services in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law.
In the 1980's the firm was renamed and under its current partnership maintains its position amongst the top Greek Corporate and Commercial Law firms.
Traditionally, the firm has had and maintains a very strong international client base, representing many of the most renowned international corporations. Its members offer legal advice and undertake litigation on all aspects of Greek and European Union Corporate and Commercial Law.

In recognition of its leading role in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, as well as in anti-counterfeiting work and litigation, the firm has been appointed as the exclusive representative in Greece of the International "Counterforce" Legal Network of the Counterfeiting Intelligence Bureau, a division of the Commercial Crime Services Branch of the International Chamber of Commerce.
The firm practice also includes a highly specialized and respected Corporate law division, attending to Company, M & A, Competition, Tax and Labour law matters.
