The backbone of our client list is represented by mid-sized companies with businesses throughout the Brazilian territory. As a result of our personal and transparent client-servicing philosophy, we have developed an extensive relationship with several family businesses operating in Brazil and this has become a distinctive aspect of our firm. We have been engaged in a considerable number of M&A transactions (international and local) involving local and foreign family businesses. We have also helped our clients develop their newly acquired businesses focusing on tax planning, corporate governance and compliance with legal matters. We also act as local corporate lawyers for various international clients running businesses in Brazil.
