The firm was founded in 1910 by A.L. Barber. E.A. "Gus" Henry joined him at the conclusion of World War I, and from these beginnings it has grown to become one of the largest and most respected litigation firms in Arkansas. Its trial practice spans the entire state representing international, national and local clients in the defense of all types of civil litigation including tort claims, product liability actions, medical, dental, legal, accountant and architect malpractice claims, lender liability actions, workers' compensation claims and labor law matters.
