About this office:
Since 2001, Barron & Polk, P.L.L.C., has concentrated its practice in matters relating to guardianships, conservatorships, decedents' estates, trusts, matters involving the abuse and/or neglect of vulnerable adults, mental health planning, civil commitments, and eligibility for services and benefits provided by the Arizona Department of Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health Regional Behavioral Associations. In each of these areas, we represent clients in contested (litigation) and uncontested proceedings. We also assist clients with estate planning matters. Since January 1, 2006, Barron & Polk, P.L.L.C., has been "of counsel" to DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C.
