Barry A. Cooke is a shareholder of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. and a member of the Personal Injury Team, resident in the firm's Eatontown, NJ office. In 1993,Mr. Cooke successfully litigated a personal injury claim resulting in the ninth largest verdict awarded in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Cooke is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of trial lawyers in the country who have achieved a verdict in the amount of $1,000,000.00 or more.

Mr. Cooke has served as an elected committeeperson on the Township of Neptune Governing Body, has served as the Police Commissioner of Neptune Township and has served as a member of the Neptune Township Planning Board. He has also served as general counsel to the Township of Neptune Regional Sewage Authority.

In addition, Mr. Cooke has served as the Municipal Public Defender for the borough of Avon-By-The-Sea and as the Municipal Attorney for the borough of Avon-By-The-Sea. He has also served as an instructor of paralegal studies at several regional locations throughout New Jersey.

Mr. Cooke is a member of Who's Who In Executives and Professionals. He is also a member of the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
