Mr. Gold has a broad corporate practice that includes start-up and emerging enterprises, professional practices, closely-held and family businesses, and subsidiary operations of larger publicly-held corporations. He takes an active interest in understanding the particular objectives of his clients in order to best provide value through skilled representation. Mr. Gold is highly experienced as a business negotiator and draftsperson, having handled successfully numerous acquisitions and sales of companies, strategic partnerships, licensing and distribution agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, equity based financings, and other business matters. Mr. Gold often serves as a business advisor to his clients participating in many decision-making processes and in providing general legal counsel.
