Barry has handled a variety of complex litigation matters including landmark antitrust and trademark cases. His practice also includes counseling on antitrust and related issues involving mergers and acquisitions, product distribution, pricing, dealer termination and patent issues. He has represented domestic and foreign clients in such diverse businesses as legitimate theatre, popular music, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, computers and related equipment, paints and chemicals, labor unions, truck manufacturing, paper manufacturing, retailing, food manufacturing and distribution, and ball bearings.
Barry is a frequent writer and speaker on antitrust topics. He began his professional career as law clerk to United States District Judge Charles M. Metzner in the Southern District of New York.
