Member, Moot Court Board. The firm Henderson, Reilly & Boudreaux & Schoonenberg (Formerly Henderson, Hanemann & Morris, and Henderson, Reilly & Boudreaux, was established in 1971). I am a lifelong resident of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. My practice from the inception through the present has been entirely a litigation practice. I have experience in the litigation field representing both plaintiffs and defendants. My first five years of practice was primarily representing accident victims in the areas of auto, admiralty, Jones Act, and general maritime law. During this period I tried numerous cases in the state and federal courts of Louisiana. In 1988, I became employed as an associate with Henderson, Reilly & Boudreaux, formerly, Henderson, Hanemann & Morris, 300 Lafayette Street, Houma, LA, and in 1996, I became a shareholder in the firm. There, my clientele expanded to include representing insurance companies, offshore service companies, physicians, self-insured physicians and businesses in the areas of general liability, auto liability, medical malpractice, worker's compensation, admiralty, Jones Act, general maritime law and Corporate Law. I also have more than 10 years experience drafting, interpreting and analyzing oilfield service contracts, Master Service Agreements, Indemnity Agreements and Insurance Agreements.
