· Mr. Freeman has 18 years of experience in all four corners of employment-related disputes, including wage and hour, unfair competition, trade secrets, employee benefits, all forms of discrimination and harassment, traditional labor law, FMLA, defamation, and privacy rights.
· In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Freeman provides day-to-day counsel, strategic advice, and compliance guidance in all areas of employment law.
· Focuses on practical, cost-effective solutions.
· Prior to joining Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP, Mr. Freeman was a Shareholder at the national labor and employment firm Littler Mendelson, P.C. and prior to that a Partner at the labor and employment firm Duvin, Cahn & Hutton.
· Arbitrator for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas (1997-Present).
· Certified Labor and Employment Law Specialist by The Ohio State Bar Association (2005- Present).
