Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy - Representation for creditors, debtors committee and trustees in reorganization, liquidation and adversary proceedings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Real Estate & Probate - Transactions related to commercial and residential properties and development. Representation includes construction, financing, foreclosures, title insurance, subdivision, land use and zoning. Probate and administration of estates and estate planning.

Civil Litigation - Trial and appellate litigation in all state and federal courts within West Virginia in the substantive areas described above. The Firm has also developed an expertise in the mediation of disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation of complex business issues and litigation.
