The firm was established in 1974 when the partners resigned as Assistant U. S. Attorneys to enter private practice. The office was previously in a downtown high rise, but since 1996 has been in the present location in Buckhead, an easily reached city of Atlanta location with convenient no charge parking. The partners do not delegate communications with Clients to associates or paralegals, and personally handle all work and court or administrative agency appearances. Due to lower overhead, fees are moderate even though counsel have had many years of legal practice.
