| Biography | Firm partner Beatrice Delmas-Linel has more than 22 years of experience in both private practice and as in-house associate general counsel of a major international IT corporation, where she held international senior leadership positions within the European and the United States headquarters for several years. She also worked in law firms in Paris and London.
Beatrice Delmas-Linel represents French and international clients in the field of IP/IT licensing, media and technology, internet and e-commerce, IT/Cloud Computing services, and commercial distribution. Her expertise covers both transactional and litigation cases. She also routinely manages international projects for her clients requiring legal analysis and clearance across multiple jurisdictions.
In the recent past Beatrice Delmas-Linel has spoken in conferences and published several articles and conducted interviews on the topic of e-commerce and Cloud Computing, in particular with respect to legal and regulatory issues such as data privacy laws in France and Europe. She is also the co-leader of an active working group on Cloud Computing legal issues with the ADIJ (French IT Law Association).
