· Representation of individuals and companies in business and commercial transactions, including asset sales and purchases, stock sales and purchases, and other merger and acquisition transactions.
· Representation of creditors in bankruptcy reorganizations and adversary proceedings.
· Representation of businesses and individuals in the acquisition of improved and unimproved real estate property, including title, survey and diligence activities.
· Representation of clients before various municipal and governmental entities with respect to numerous real estate matters (e.g. zoning, special use permitting and regulatory compliance).

· Representation of healthcare providers in evaluating compliance with Stark law and Medicare fraud and abuse laws and regulations.
