The firm counts among its ranks a 14-year justice of the Iowa Supreme Court, attorneys who have clerked for the Iowa Supreme Court and seven different federal Courts of Appeals, and attorneys who have practiced with prominent law firms in New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C.
The firm employs a multidisciplinary approach to representing its clients. The firm's attorneys include six who received certification as public accountants; several attorneys with master's degrees in taxation, public administration and other fields within the humanities; and a Ph.D. in economics.
