•Drafting licence agreements and distribution agreements for the commercialisation of intellectual property rights
•Working with one of the world's leading luxury brands groups to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws for each its brands around the globe
Before Edwards Wildman
Prior to joining the firm, Ben trained at Herbert Smith, where he undertook a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work, including six months' experience in the firm's intellectual property department.

Away from the office Ben has a keen interest in charitable work and is a founding trustee of the Rafiki Thabo Foundation, a charity which aims to provide financial assistance for the furtherance of education in Kenya, Lesotho and Uganda.
