Benjamin B. Adams is an associate in the firm's Litigation Section and a member of the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, professional liability defense, complex commercial litigation, and products liability.
Previously, Mr. Adams was associated with Santos & Seeley, P.C., where he focused on civil litigation, state and federal criminal defense, and appellate practice. His white-collar criminal defense experience includes numerous state and federal investigations, including allegations of bribe receiving and extortion, wire/mail fraud, tax evasion, export controls, and Medicare/Medicaid fraud. In addition to trying a number of civil and criminal cases to verdict, Mr. Adams has briefed and argued appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court.
Mr. Adams graduated, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is also a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned a degree in political science.
