Benjamin D. Wanger is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Services Department. Mr. Wanger concentrates his practice in diverse litigation matters, including commercial litigation, corporate litigation, contract disputes, product liability, insurance litigation and international disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Wanger served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has also interned for the Office of the United States Attorney, as well as for U.S. Senators Arlen Specter and Rick Santorum.
Areas of Experience
· Served as lead counsel in a jury trial in federal court, relating to a violation of client's civil rights.
· Represented nation's largest airlines in actions related to contract claims and tort claims.
· Represented an American supermarket chain seeking to confirm a $15 million breach of contract and fraud award from an international arbitration.
· Represented a foreign company in a multimillion dollar dispute with an international pharmaceutical company.
· Counseled a global chemical manufacturer in a national, multidistrict environmental pollution and product liability litigation involving water contamination.
· Represented a large shipping company in a contract dispute.
