Ben Gerlach is a member of the Environmental and Toxic Tort Groups. His practice focuses on representing consumer products and manufacturing clients in areas such as product liability, environmental safety and regulatory compliance, and toxic torts. Ben also assists firm clients with audits and investigations conducted by state and federal authorities. In addition, Ben has litigated numerous criminal cases on behalf of defendants from arraignment through final disposition, including trial.
