Benjamin Zogby concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, particularly in the energy and financial sectors. Ben also has experience in bankruptcy adversary proceedings, patent and trademark litigation, and government regulatory matters, including SEC investigations and DOJ antitrust inquiries.
Ben has contributed to articles appearing in the New York University Law Review and book chapters on corporate investigations. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rosemary S. Pooler of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
