Benjamin S. Genshaft

Mr. Genshaft's practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions. He routinely assists clients with the acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate properties, formation of common interest communities and condominium projects. Mr. Genshaft specializes in preparation of sales and project documents for residential and resort developers, obtaining entitlements, permits and approvals for real estate development projects; leasing of residential and commercial properties; financing of corporate and real estate transactions; formation of corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships. Areas also include, compliance with regulatory laws; foreclosures and work-outs; creditor rights issues, and real estate brokerage and licensing compliance. Before joining Thomas | Genshaft, LLP, Mr. Genshaft practiced law for a large Denver based firm and served as in-house counsel for an international resort development company.
