Benn DiPasquale, a retired partner in the Milwaukee office of Foley & Lardner LLP, was a member of the Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling and Transactional and Securities Practice Group. Mr. DiPasquale practiced business and corporate law, with an emphasis in counseling business owners and in the negotiation and documentation of a broad range of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and debt and equity financings.
Mr. DiPasquale's professional affiliations include membership in the State of Wisconsin and American Bar Associations. He has served on the boards of directors of various business corporations and on the boards of directors of various community organizations including the Milwaukee North Shore YMCA and Business Against Drunk Drivers, Inc. He is past president of the Village of Oconomowoc Lake and chairman of its Plan Commission.
Mr. DiPasquale graduated, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in 1968, where he served as editor of the Syracuse Law Review. He joined Foley & Lardner upon graduation in 1968 and made partner at Foley & Lardner in 1975.
