Trustee Services Limited, its subsidiary, specialises in due diligence work and company secretarial services, while DataCenta, another subsidiary, has computerised the published legal materials of Ghana and disseminates legal database on the Internet (www.datacenta.com) and on CD Rom.

Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah is divided into three departments. Kojo Bentsi-Enchill heads the corporate department of the firm, (bank finance, corporate finance, investment, mining and natural resources). D.K.D. Letsa is in charge of the Commercial/Property department. Ace Anan Ankomah is the partner responsible for the litigation department. Each department comprises a balanced range of personnel from Senior Associates to Pupils. The firm is able to handle its impressive array of client matters many of which involve different departments, in its customary interactive and internally consultative fashion.
