The firm has a substantial practice in cases involving business torts, especially defamation and related doctrines. Our attorneys have significant experience in securities and antitrust litigation. We have been involved in a number of cases involving employment law, including non-compete and related issues in several industries. We also have substantial experience defending businesses in class action litigation. Our lawyers have represented insurance companies in coverage disputes throughout the country.
