Biography	Bernard has over 15 years of experience practicing property law and is head of the property department at Gray & Perkins. Bernard has acted for both publicly listed and private developers and property trusts. He has acted on some of Australia's largest and most complex developments including large subdivisions, strata title and community land developments, joint ventures, hotels and serviced apartments and property acquisitions and disposals. His specialist areas include retirement villages and aged care, hotel and resort developments and capital raisings for property projects.
