Our EU & Competition law team operates seamlessly across the London and Brussels offices, advising clients on the interpretation and application of EU law in a variety of sectors, with a particular emphasis on internal market and environmental rules. It also advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control issues, cartel cases, State aids, sectoral enquiries, abuse of market power issues, commercial agreements and compliance programmes.

Our Belgian corporate/finance practice handles Belgian and cross-border corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset-backed financing, private equity/venture capital, banking and capital markets, and all related tax matters.

In addition to our Brussels office, we have an office in London with over 600 lawyers, and offices in Paris and Singapore.
