As an associate in Morris James' Dover office, Beth B. Miller focuses her practice on estate planning and estate administration and trusts where she assists individual clients with estate planning and estate administration, planning for individuals with disabilities, guardianship proceedings, and elder law. In her estate planning practice, Beth represents clients with estates from relatively modest size to those with more considerable estates. She works to tailor individualized plans to fit the unique needs of her clients. Beth also advises individual and corporate trustees regarding various aspects of Delaware common law trusts.
In the area of estate litigation, Beth has represented beneficiaries as well as fiduciaries in a wide variety of fiduciary actions including will contests, spousal elections, and breaches of fiduciary duties.
In her real estate law practice, Beth handles such matters as commercial, office and residential real estate construction, development, finance and leasing.
Beth also assists businesses with the drafting and negotiating of contractual agreements such as asset and stock purchase agreements, stockholders' agreements, employment agreements, partnership agreements and limited liability company agreements.
