About this office:
The company has come into existence by the merger of the law firms Dr. Westenberger, established in 1932 and Dr. Bette, established in 1962. The Mainz Office has a broadly based practice with a reputation for offering a full range of quality legal services in Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Administrative Law and Tax issues. The firm has eight partners and six associates and currently employs 34 salary-earners.
The Erfurt Office was established in September, 1990 and specializes in a broad array of Commercial, Corporate Law and Banking Law.
Areas of practice of our Berlin Office are notarizations, Civil Appeals and Litigations.
The Leipzig office was opened in 2007.
We advise and represent medium-sized companies, important industrial firms, many banks, leasing and factoring companies as well as individual persons.
We are cooperating with law firm Kuhbier, Brussels Office, Dr. Dörte Fouquet, Brussels, Belgium and law firm Bernard-Hertz-Béjot, Paris, France.
