Bevin's significant health care representations include Caremark's acquisition of AdvancePCS, Cigna's acquisitions of Great-West and Health Spring, UPMC's acquisition of Altoona Regional Health System, and UnityPoint Health's acquisition of Proctor Hospital. She has advised on multiple health care antitrust matters for Abbot Laboratories, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bon Secours Health System, Cigna, Stanford Hospitals and Clinics, UnityPoint Health, and UPMC.
