The Bilirakis Law Group was founded in 1968 by Michael Bilirakis, who was elected to Congress in 1982. Mr. Bilirakis served as a Congressman for 24 years before returning to the practice in 2007. At the time that the firm was founded, there was a particular focus on estate planning, will drafting, and probate administration. The firm has since expanded its representation to a wider range of areas that include probate litigation, civil and commercial litigation, commercial transactions and business law, criminal defense and family law.
