He is equally comfortable in federal court or state court and is frequently called on to litigate in other states. He is experienced in appeals and has prosecuted appeals in state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He has been a member of the distinguished bar of the United States Supreme Court since 1979.
Mr. Wilkinson was honored to serve as an Adjunct Professor in law school and taught trial practice." He has been selected to present legal seminars for other attorneys by the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Pawnee County Bar Association, and many other business or legal entities.
