Achievements/Career Highlights: Advising a number of well known multinational companies in different industry sectors to address and manage IP risks in India and strategizing IP protection, enforcement and pre-emption measures to strengthen brands; Strategizing for systematic clean up of counterfeits / infringement in markets; handling complex IP challenges requiring creative solutions and panoramic vision with understanding of business needs; Applied knowledge of IP issues and their treatment in Indian courts; successful in negotiated settlements and mediation in complex IP disputes; at present Head of Litigation Department in Anand and Anand managing, supervising and mentoring a team of 25+ members. |
