About this office:
Bishop | Barry | Drath offers a wide range of legal services to a diverse clientele and is listed in Martindale Hubbell's Bar Register, a listing of the nation's preeminent lawyers. To focus experience and to develop a collegial atmosphere, we are organized in Practice Groups, each chaired by a Senior Shareholder. The groups meet on a regular basis in order to keep up with legal developments in specific cases. Each group develops and encourages attendance in programs for Continuing Legal Education for its members. Most of our firm's attorneys practice with several groups relative to their interests and needs. If a matter must be litigated, the firm's extensive experience in court and jury trials, as well as administrative hearings, provides our clients the highest level of skillful, strategic planning and quality legal representation they should expect from their counsel. Early in each case, we determine the potential liability and exposure of the client and provide the proper staff and expertise necessary to best ensure success in the matter on a cost-effective basis. We stress our obligation to respond to client inquiries quickly and accurately so that the principal is always knowledgeable about the status of the litigation being conducted. This affords the client the opportunity to always make an informed decision regarding the matter. We have served the interests of our clients in virtually all aspects of civil litigation, including advising and defending insurance companies; attorneys; health care, day care, and elder care providers; contractors; manufacturers; and premises owners.
