Blaine J. Benard

Mr. Benard focuses his practice on commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and health care law. He represents a wide variety of clients with their business disputes, including an international aerospace and defense contracting company, an international commercial airline, energy, mining and natural resources companies, manufacturers, financial institutions and other businesses. Mr. Benard's clients range from Fortune 500 and international companies to local businesses and entrepreneurs. In addition, Mr. Benard has served as outside general counsel to two hospitals for more than 12 years. Mr. Benard previously headed the litigation department of a large regional and international law firm. Mr. Benard has earned an AV "Preeminent" rating from Martindale Hubbell.
