| Biography | Professional Experience Mr. Dillingham represents public and private, domestic and international, corporations in all aspects of corporate and transactional practice including corporate governance, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital/emerging company matters. His practice includes partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, franchise and product distribution matters. His governance practice includes representation of special investigative and transactional committees of public and private company boards of directors. Mr. Dillingham's broad transactional experience has been international in scope, involving Japan, Mexico, China, Canada, Australia, Russia and various European countries. Mr. Dillingham, is the past Chair of the Executive Committee of the Business and Corporations Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and previously served on the California State Bar Committee on Partnerships. Mr. Dillingham has served on the Board of Directors of the Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation at the University of California, Los Angeles and on the boards of other charitable corporations.
