BiographyFor many years, Bo has been engaged in insolvency and general commercial law. Furthermore, he has wide experience within civil litigation. He is further permanent trustee with the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial Court.

In 2003, he had a temporary appointment with the Eastern Division of the Danish High Court.

Bo is a member of the Danish Law and Bar Council's regulatory and supervisory committee as well as the compensation fund. He is also the chairman and member of the board of various funds and associations.

Bo is an external examinor at the Bar examination and lectures in the subject of compulsory sales at the Danish Association of Lawyers.
