| Transactions | We worked as an underwriter's (Credit Suisse HK Limited and Morgan Stanley) local counsel on IPO project of the Mongolian mining company; We advised the Visa International in drafting Program Security Agreement with Mongolian Commercial bank; We advised the Coca Cola (USA) Company to conduct the due diligence and the Loan transaction to its Mongolian bottler; We represented the Japanese major corporation (ORIX) in Mongolia to develop the copper smelting plant and other investment; We represented the Asia Pacific Breweries Limited to establish a JVC in Mongolia; We are representing the Song Do Hospital (South Korea) to establish modern hospital and diagnostic center in Mongolia; We participated in Doing Business survey of the World Bank since 2003. (in 2003-2007); We are representing the Philip Morris Kazakhstan Ltd on all legal matters; We represented the Mongolian client to become the distributor of the world famous brand LLumar® and Mul T Lock® and drafted the related agreements; We advised the Xanadu Mines LTD (Australia), to invest in Mongolian mining sector; We advised the Mongolian and Foreign company to participate in petroleum bid process; We are advising a Russian largest company on drafting agreements for Thermal power plant construction bid process; We advised the Billion Famous Investment Limited (Hong Kong based Holland Company) to enter into agreement with Mongolian Government to build 10.000 apartments in UB city; We represented the Coca-Cola Company in trademark infringement matter; We are working as a local counsel of Spirit Product International Company (SPI) in Mongolia; We represented the "Mongol Daatgal" Company in the IP litigation; We represented and registered the Japanese famous trademark H.I.S in Mongolia; We represented the Korea Exchange Bank and the Export Import Bank of Korea in the litigation to collect 7.4 million USD as a L/C payment from the largest bank of Mongolia (in 2005-2006); We represented the LG International Corporation of Korea in the case to collect the outstanding L/C payments from the end users of the L/C. The amount is 32 million USD. (in 2004-2007) We represented the Mongolian biggest insurance company Mongol Daatgal LLC in the tender related litigation. |
