Bogdan-Alexandru Dobrota is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group in Montréal. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and insolvability law, as well as restructuring files. He also acts in banking and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Dobrota is co-author of a volume entitled Faillite et insolvabilité (Bankruptcy and Insolvency) included in the Québec Bar Law Collection, as well as several other articles and book chapters dealing in particular with bankruptcy law and commercial litigation.
Mr. Dobrota received a B.C.L. and a LL.B. from the Law Faculty of McGill University in 2011. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Concordia University in 2006. He was called to the Québec Bar in 2011.
