BoneeWeintraub LLC was founded in 2007 as a result of the merger of Bonee Law Offices, LLP of Hartford, CT and Weintraub Law Offices of West Hartford and is their direct successor. Bonee Law Offices, LLP was originally founded in Hartford in 1883 by Arthur F. Eggleston and John R. Buck; their successor were John Halsey Buck (1869-1957), Anson T. McCook (1881-1966) both of Hartford, Edward H. Kenyon (1916-2002) of Wethersfield and John L. Bonee of Hartford. Jay B. Weintraub of the Weintraub Law Offices has been practicing law in the Hartford area for over 35 years concentrating in the above referenced areas with a special emphasis on business and commercial law.
