Bonnie represents investor-owned utilities, independent power producers, marketers, and alternative power producers on a variety of electricity matters, including issues relating to the implementation of recent energy legislation and energy legislation currently being debated in the House and Senate. She provided counsel and advice to clients on the provisions and funding opportunities under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, including assisting clients with respect to grants and loan guarantees for energy and energy efficiency projects. She is currently Washington council to the Canadian Electricity Association, a trade association representing Canada's electric utility industry.
