She also is frequently recognized in The Deal as a top bankruptcy attorney. Ms. Fatell is only the second practicing Delaware attorney to become a member of the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy. In 2008, she was elected as Regent of the American College of Bankruptcy for the Third Circuit.
