Boris I. Mankovetskiy is a Member of the Firm's Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization Practice Group. He has represented secured creditors, banks, insurance companies and investment funds in New Jersey and a variety of jurisdictions across the United States. Mr. Mankovetskiy has been involved in many complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases in a number of industries including: telecommunications, real estate, retail, health care, manufacturing, supermarkets, securities, transportation and construction. In addition to Mr. Mankovetskiy's bankruptcy experience, he represents secured creditors in work-out transactions and significant commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
