Bose McKinney & Evans also handles litigation and employment law matters for business clients located throughout the country. Lawyers from the firm have argued matters before the United States Supreme Court, participated as counsel for a major creditor in the largest individual bankruptcy in the state's history, and represented clients in one of the largest cases of stock churning in the nation and in commercial and constitutional litigation reported in the national news media.
