The Firm has its roots in the partnership of Frank Murphy and Eugene J. Adams formed in 1946. That partnership was dissolved in 1966, but the two resulting firms: Murphy, Williams & Book and Adams, Levin, Bosso & Sachs united in 1989 to form the present firm.
