The Firm has its roots in the partnership of Frank Murphy and Eugene J. Adams formed in 1946. That partnership was dissolved in 1966, but the two resulting firms: Murphy, Williams & Book and Adams, Levin, Bosso & Sachs united in 1989 to form the present firm. The firm has a wide range of expertise and emphasizes representation of individuals and business clients in all of their legal affairs: transactional matters (real estate, land use, business contracts, and general advice), civil litigation, mediation, taxation, corporate, estate planning, probate matters and family law.
