About this office:
We have been part of a larger firm for the last seven years. During that time our practices have grown strongly complimentary, as each of our client-sensitive strengths supplement each other. David Sr. gravitates toward transactional law. He enjoys counseling and planning and serves as a chapter 7 bankruptcy panel trustees. David II enjoys litigation and is strong in transactional matters as well.
We have determined that practicing in our own firm will give us a better setting to blend our talents, our caring approach to serving clients and our desire to provide client sensitive solutions to problems.
David Sr. has practiced law in Fort Wayne for forty-two years. His practice has tended toward commercial and financial matters involving both individuals as businesses and nonprofit organizations. He also seeks to use the law as a tool to reconcile opponents.
David II has practiced law in Fort Wayne for seven years and shares the philosophy of reconciliation. His successful litigation abilities in both state and federal courts provide our firm the capacity to give aggressive litigation when reconciliation of opponents is not possible. Together we serve our clients with strength, compassion and peerless ability.
Our experienced team helped form many business and non-profit entities. We advise businesses and individuals and assist in business transfers as well as helping financially distressed individuals and businesses. It is our belief that the law is a personal service.
