Recently we have been engaged by a number of trading firms on projects involving credit sleeves, secured hedging facilities, project-secured hedging arrangements and production payments.  In 2007, we represented Reliant Energy in a facility by Merrill Lynch which earned Energy Risk magazine's Structured Credit Deal of the Year, and in 2006, we represented Société Générale in a facility for MX Energy, a US natural gas marketer and supplier, which earned Energy Risk magazine's Deal of the Year award.
