Practice/Industry Group Overview
Bracewell & Giuliani has a long history of success in the courtroom. While we always endeavor to resolve matters outside of court, certain cases involve fundamental business principles or individual rights that must be openly and aggressively defended. It is a basic tenet of our practice that we will put prosecutors and regulators to their proof when our client is the subject of over-regulation or other unreasonable business intrusion. That’s why our White Collar Criminal defense team is made up of lawyers who have tried scores of cases to verdict, with great success. Our lawyers have tried cases involving allegations of securities fraud, bank fraud, tax fraud, accounting fraud, mail and wire fraud, and RICO, among others.
