Brad Dashoff is a special counsel in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group and in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Dashoff concentrates on a variety of real estate and finance matters, including the acquisition, disposition and ground leasing of commercial properties and real estate development and the various types of debt and equity financing structures and alternatives related to such transactions. His experience includes representing borrowers and lenders in traditional, construction, securitized and mezzanine financings, owners and developers in multiparcel mixed use development projects and landlords in sale-leaseback transactions. Mr. Dashoff also represents sponsors and investors in the creation of real estate investment funds as well as developers and owners in complex joint venture structures.
