Areas of Practice
Mr. Dashoff concentrates on a variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and ground leasing of commercial properties, commercial lending and real estate development. His experience includes representing borrowers and lenders in traditional and mezzanine financings and owners and developers in multiparcel mixed use development projects. Mr. Dashoff also represents sponsors and investors in the creation of real estate investment funds as well as developers and owners in complex joint venture structures.
