Attorney Malicki is counsel to the firm at the Middletown office. He has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial business transactions including formation, sales and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Malicki's practice concentrates on real estate transactions, landlord and tenant matters, probate and tax matters. Mr. Malicki is licensed in Connecticut and is admitted to the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Malicki serves on various Boards of Directors and Advisor Boards in Connecticut and is a member of many business organizations.
